FAQs When Hiring A Bouncy Castle…
1) When are your bouncy castles available?
Our bouncy castles are available to hire every Saturday and Sunday. If you require a date outwith the weekend, please get in touch on 07794529690 and we may be able to accommodate you.
2) How do I book?
You can book online on this website, simply by selecting the bouncy castle and the date you want. If you are having trouble booking online or need some assistance, you can call, message or WhatsApp us on 07794529690.
3) How long do I get the bouncy castle for?
Our hires are for up to 6 hours.
4) How long does it take to set up the bouncy castle?
It takes 15/20 mins to set up the bouncy castle. We ask when booking to put a delivery time of at least 30 mins before your party start time.
5) When is your earliest delivery and latest collection?
Our earliest delivery is 8am and our latest collection is 8pm. Remember, you can book to keep the bouncy castle overnight for an additional £30 and we will collect the following morning.
6) What surfaces can bouncy castles be put out on?
We can set up on any indoor surface. Outside, we can supply a bouncy castle on grass or artificial grass surfaces. If you have an area that is part grass and part paving/stones, we may need a picture of your garden to check it’s suitability. Just get in touch on 07794529690
7) What does the hire include?
The hire includes delivery, set up and collection of the bouncy castle. Each bouncy castle comes with a blower fan, extension reel and safety mats.
8) How much space does the bouncy castle require?
Each bouncy castle requires extra space at the front, back and sides. Please check the sizes and suitability of each bouncy castle and ensure it fits in the space you have available before booking with us.
9) What if the weather looks bad?
All of our castles come with shower-proof covers so a little rain won’t ruin the day. However should the forecast be for heavy rain and/or high winds, we would have to cancel. A full refund will be given, or you can reschedule your booking with us for another date.
10) Can you set up on a hill/slope?
We can set up on slight inclines and slopes, however we would need to see the area before you book. You can WhatsApp us an image of the area on 07794529690
11) Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
We only need a power supply from you. Just a regular socket to plug into is all that is required. We also ask that we can get access to the garden easily. This may involve you having to move wheelie bins or cars parked in the drive. Also the area must be clear of dog foul.
12) Are safety instructions provided?
Yes, we will run through safety instructions with you and you will be required to sign our Ts &Cs form during set up.
13) Is there an age limit on the bouncy castles?
Most of our bouncy castles are for children aged 12 and under, however we have an All Age / Adult bouncy castle that can be used by all ages and sizes.
14) Are you insured?
Yes we have £5 million public liability insurance.
15) Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we offer a 10% discount if you book more than 1 bouncy castle.
16) Do I pay when booking the bouncy castle or on the day of the hire?
When booking, you have the option to pay the balance in full or a deposit of 50%. If you have paid a deposit, you will be required to pay the balance on delivery on the day. This can either be cash or a bank transfer. Payments cannot be made on collection. The balance must be paid on delivery.
